The Indian Real Estate sector has witnessed a revolution driven by the booming economy with a GDP growth rate of over 8%, favorable demographics and a liberalized foreign direct investment (FDI) regime. TDL targets investment opportunities in real estate in India through its wholly owned subsidiary, Tricone Projects India (TPI). Whilst these investments are primarily in tier II and tier III cities, TPI also looks out for special opportunities that may arise in tier I cities.

Tricone Hospitality Pte Ltd. is a new subsidiary of TDL that has been set up for a vertical which will invest in the hospitality sector. The 1st project which is the development of 120 units has already commenced.
